Giuliano Macca

Giuliano Macca was born in Noto in Sicily in 1988. He began his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome where he graduated in decoration.

His approach to the visual arts initially takes place through the world of graffiti. In 2016, his artistic performance Ti aspetto su altri pianeti was presented at the MAAM (Museo dell’Altro e dell’Altrove) in Rome. In September 2018 he inaugurated his first solo exhibition at the Mirabilia Art Gallery in Rome.

In 2019 Macca held his personal exhibition Cuori di cristallo at the rvb arts (Rome). The same year, in October, he participated in the group show Dissolvenze at the Diocesan Museum of Padua.

In November 2021 he presents the work EFESTO (a 5-meter installation made with watercolor and BIC pen on paper and then divided into 79 central parts of 120 total) at the Gowen Contemporary in Geneva, during the exhibition "ESCAPE LINE II"

Since 2022 he has been represented solely by Gowen Contemporary.
In January 2023 he participates in artgenève, with Gowen, Geneva, CH

with the work "Selene e Endimione" divided into 25 parts.
In January of the same year, take part in the important collective exhibition “Revival I - XVIIIe siècle, Gowen, Geneva, CH
